“Condado de Haza” wines are bottled after undergoing malolactic fermentation and stored for 15 months in American oak bottles. Although they can be enjoyed at once, they gain in depth and nuances with the passage of time.

When the vintage is particularly good, some of the vineyard’s most mature grapes are reserved for a very thorough winemaking process and 30 months of “contact” with new oak. The exceptional result of all this is called “Alenza”.
